About the position

The Agile Scrum Master will work in a Government Intelligence Community (IC) environment, focusing on project management tasks to coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation. This role is crucial for generating and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track software delivery efficiency, facilitating communication among team members to identify and mitigate impediments, and overseeing technical planning and system design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize user stories for implementation by team members.
• Generate and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track software delivery efficiency.
• Facilitate communication across team members to identify impediments and work on mitigation plans.
• Perform project management tasks including systems requirements analysis and functional analysis.
• Conduct timeline analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation.
• Manage technical planning, integration, system testing, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field, or Bachelor's degree in business or management with relevant experience.
• 12+ years of prior relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years with a Master's degree.
• In-depth experience in technical requirements management in complex programs.
• Expert domain knowledge in a technical field.
• Experience in negotiating complex scenarios and resolving challenges with predictable outcomes.
• Experience leading critical objectives with significant decision-making responsibilities.
• Experience supervising others.
