Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a People Partner or similar HR role, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
