Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including documentation, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for user communities and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Automation Services Engineering Manager and peer developers on converting ideas to functional requirements and subsequently into technical design.
  • Collaborate in a globally distributed team environment.

Requirements

  • Passionate software designer with application development experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform and toolsets.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of scripting in one or more of the following: JavaScript, HTML, Angular, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administration or Developer.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude in managing projects in a global setting.
