Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including documentation, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for user communities and stakeholders.
- Work with the Automation Services Engineering Manager and peer developers on converting ideas to functional requirements and subsequently into technical design.
- Collaborate in a globally distributed team environment.
Requirements
- Passionate software designer with application development experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong technical skills in ServiceNow platform and toolsets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of scripting in one or more of the following: JavaScript, HTML, Angular, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Certified ServiceNow Administration or Developer.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude in managing projects in a global setting.
