About the position

As a Principal Recruiter at Anduril Industries, you will play a crucial role in the company's talent management strategy, focusing on recruiting for Finance & Accounting, Operations, and various non-technical teams. This position involves collaborating with leaders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You will also lead strategic projects, mentor junior recruiters, and utilize data-driven strategies to enhance hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle search across multiple disciplines within Finance & Accounting, Operations, and various non-technical teams
  • Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close senior and executive candidates
  • Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of recruiters/sourcers
  • Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define the interview process and new evaluation techniques
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Translate market trends and insights into actionable talent strategies that enable our business to stay ahead in an ever-evolving landscape
  • Partner with the Recruiting Coordination team to ensure a world-class candidate experience for onsite and virtual interviews
  • Ensure that operational excellence is at the forefront of your process, taking pride in a clean ATS

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong emphasis in senior or executive recruiting, ideally in high-tech, startups, or other related industries
  • 2+ years experience mentoring and training recruiters and/or sourcers
  • Ability to build solid relationships and effectively influence senior executives
  • Sound recruiting fundamentals with a knack for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience recruiting for global, complex matrix organizations in a corporate or search firm environment, as well as for startup-like environments
  • Self-motivated and driven: accustomed to managing competing priorities, prioritizing, and meeting tight deadlines with minimal guidance
  • Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes
  • Exceptional at selling value proposition, negotiating, and closing great candidates
