We are looking for a Principal SEO Manager to join our growing Web Marketing team at Databricks. You will report directly to the Director, Web Product. This role sits within the broader Marketing Technology business unit and primarily supports our corporate website: www.databricks.com. You will take a leadership role and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand, demand gen, product marketing, growth, and analytics, to ensure our organic growth strategy aligns with overall business goals. You will think beyond traditional search and will be expected to stay at the forefront of emerging trends, including zero-click searches and AI search/chatbots to challenge the status quo and maintain a competitive edge. You embrace a full funnel mindset and know organic performance doesn't stop with a keyword or click-it's also about page experience, conversion, and unlocking business impact. You have a passion for evangelism and educating the organization to generate interest and a broad understanding of the program benefits.
