Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing strategic channels that enhance the market penetration of Stem's products and services. This role is highly collaborative and requires extensive interaction with various business functions within Stem, including Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and Solutions Management. In this position, you will lead efforts to identify, negotiate, and finalize partnership arrangements with key industry players that can significantly drive channel sales of Stem's products, such as the Modular Energy Controller, Energy Management System (EMS), PowerBidder optimization software, and PowerTrack Asset Performance Management (APM) software. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining relationships with new strategic partners, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) of DC blocks and Power Conversion Systems (PCS)/inverters, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms, and other technology or service providers. You will vet potential partners, propose contractual relationships, and close deals to establish partnerships, collaborating with other Stem teams such as Supply Chain, Product Management, and Sales as necessary. Additionally, you will work closely with the Legal and Pricing teams to develop and execute contracts that formalize these partnerships, ensuring they provide revenue and gross margin opportunities for the company. Finally, you will coordinate with other members of the Stem team to ensure that the company can meet the product and service needs of these partnerships within the required timelines.
