About the position

The Principal Technical Program Manager for Prime Gaming will oversee and coordinate complex cross-functional programs, defining product development planning and tracking mechanisms. This role requires a blend of program management skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen to enhance delivery velocity and ensure alignment among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing program, operational, and strategic responsibilities while driving progress and resolving escalations through influence.

Responsibilities

  • Define detailed program plans with clear tasks, sequencing, ownership, and success criteria for large-scale, complex initiatives
  • Own oversight, coordination, launch, and success of new big bet, high priority programs
  • Ensure transparency, alignment and regular communication of strategic programs to stakeholders across business, tech, marketing, and broader partner teams
  • Author Business Requirements Documents
  • Define, align on, and launch new end-to-end product development processes from ideation to post-launch analysis
  • Deliver and inspect standardized, scalable, automated solutions to ensure the team is delivering the right projects, at the right time, with the right resources
  • Drive the creation of a sequenced, integrated portfolio roadmap of program initiatives and features
  • Define and drive adoption of best-in-class program management mechanisms
  • Lead goal alignment and tracking with portfolio stakeholders
  • Develop deep knowledge of tools like JIRA and Confluence to deliver clear program progress and tracking
  • Analyze data and report key business and operational trends

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience launching new customer facing initiatives
