The Battle.net & Online Products (B&OP) organization is home to 300+ engineers, product managers, and designers focused on the technology that powers Blizzard Entertainment’s games. Whether you’re playing one of our titles, chatting with friends, or just shopping online, B&OP ensures that our players are immersed in engaging, exciting, and secure experiences. B&OP is responsible for several platform products that are shared among all of Blizzard’s games. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Principal Technical Project Manager II to join the Platform Integrations Partner Success team within B&OP to support our Partnerships in China. In this role you will be responsible for driving the success around intake request, product strategy, project execution, and live operations support of first- and second-party integrations; serve as the main contact and conduit team for product, engineering, design and commercial teams regarding project prioritization and status; establish and build strong relationships between partner teams; drive key strategic initiatives from initiation to launch across B&OP and dependent teams; and act as a champion for continuous improvement while working to maximize the efficiency, predictability, and visibility of our projects. Equally important is for you to have a strong passion for video games or to be highly familiar with the gaming community and industry. The ideal candidate will have technical experience partnering with multiple product development teams through all aspects of the product lifecycle including planning, implementation, testing, release, and operations. In addition, it is necessary to have a strong understanding of the product domain and have the technical ability and understanding of products across their lifecycle. Also, you can help foster and create an environment that adapts quickly to change. The potential home studio for this role is Irvine, CA. Remote work is a possibility but the ideal candidate will live in a western US location that is better aligned with Chinese work hours.
