About the position

As a Private Client Banker at Chase, you will serve as the primary contact for a select group of affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships. Your role will involve providing tailored financial advice and services, ensuring clients receive the best products to meet their needs. You will actively seek to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships through a proactive approach, collaborating with specialists to address clients' specialized financial needs.

Responsibilities

  • Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients.
  • Actively manage clients' banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
  • Partner with specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
  • Facilitate self-service options for clients to access their accounts 24/7.
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Branch Banking or equivalent financial services experience.
  • Ability to comply with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements.
  • High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent required.
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • College degree or military equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients is strongly preferred.
  • Strong team orientation with a commitment to a long-term career with the firm.
