About the position

The PROCEDE Product Configurator at HTC Global Services is responsible for configuring and customizing the PROCEDE platform to meet client-specific reinsurance products and business requirements. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to gather configuration requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for the configured products.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the PROCEDE platform to align with client-specific reinsurance products and business requirements.
  • Define and manage product rules, parameters, and data structures within the PROCEDE system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document configuration requirements.
  • Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless integration of the PROCEDE platform with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Develop and maintain integration scripts, APIs, and connectors to facilitate data flow between systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and smooth operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve configuration and technical issues related to the PROCEDE platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the configured products, addressing any issues that arise during and after implementation.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of the PROCEDE platform for new and existing clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during the installation process, ensuring a successful deployment.
  • Create and update installation documentation and user guides for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product configuration, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance domain.
  • Hands-on experience with the PROCEDE platform or similar reinsurance product configuration tools.
  • Proven experience in system integration, including API management, data mapping, and scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Proficiency in configuring reinsurance products and understanding complex business rules.
  • Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, and data transformation tools.
  • Experience with installation and deployment of enterprise software systems.
