This job is responsible for analyzing processes, documenting business case opportunities, and implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives. Key responsibilities include supporting the execution of change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation. Job expectations include working with business leaders and subject matter experts, ensuring collaboration and transparency across integrated business and technology teams, and driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline. As a member of the Enterprise Credit (Commercial) Operational Excellence Team, this role will support Operational Excellence for the Enterprise Credit Commercial (ECC) organization delivering Risk and Operational efficiencies - helping to transform and ensure that the delivery of credit to our Clients is effective, efficient, and controlled. This strong individual contributor will be responsible for working with Commercial Credit process owners to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and design and deploy repeatable, automated solutions. This position will primarily interact with process and control owners, but interactions may extend to technology, project management, GCOR, credit review, audit/compliance, legal, learning, communication partners, as well as senior executives. The ability to influence and lead diverse groups is a key factor to be successful in this role.
