For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin we are looking for a junior Process Engineer (m/f/d) from March 2025. Unlike Business Process Excellence Engineers, in this specialized role you will support production as part of a team of process engineers and lean experts by planning, managing and implementing continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Jointly responsible for technical standards such as process flow charts, WMS dashboards, time measurements and technical drawings.
  • Support the creation of feasibility analyses and business cases by analysing the current intralogistics processes, identifying bottlenecks and developing solutions to improve the overall efficiency of the fulfilment centre.
  • Support project management in improvement projects in a specific area of the fulfilment centre and help to organise the project using standard documents such as project plan, stakeholder management etc.
  • Apply the lean management philosophy to all projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in a STEM field (logistics, engineering, economics, industrial engineering or similar)
  • Initial experience in the fields of logistics/intralogistics or engineering is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methods and lean tools; initial experience in agile management is an advantage.
  • Confident communication in written and spoken German and English; additional foreign language skills such as Polish are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented and communicative manner, team player with a structured approach to solving complex situations.
  • Proactivity, independence and sense of responsibility.
