About the position
The Product Analyst 3 position at the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) involves detailed analytical work and complex project management. The role focuses on designing, developing, executing, and measuring organizational development activities, including strategic planning and business project management. The analyst will facilitate strategic planning for the agency, establish performance goals, and act as a business project manager for various initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop agency organizational development activities.
- Facilitate strategic planning for the agency and individual business areas.
- Identify mission, vision, and values, and develop goals and objectives.
- Establish agreement for initiatives and facilitate business area plans.
- Monitor development and execution of plans and initiatives.
- Facilitate sessions with business area leadership to identify and develop performance goals.
- Revise plans based on evaluation of performance metrics and changing business needs.
Requirements
- One year as a Product Analyst 2; or
- Three years of analytical experience in marketing, finance, or business operations in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a bachelor's degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
