About the position

As a Product Analyst on the Self-Service Team within the Individual Investors Client Experience (IICX) organization at T. Rowe Price, you will leverage data and research to provide insights that inform strategy and optimize client monitoring activities in the authenticated site and mobile app experiences. This role is crucial in the digital service transformation agenda, enabling growth and service messaging while engaging self-serve clients. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to translate business needs into innovative technical solutions and process improvements, enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support refinement activities within a product team, defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements.
  • Obtain acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for recommended enhancements, document requirements, prioritize tasks, and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Work with technology teams to deliver enhancements that generate business value.
  • Analyze user behavior and feedback to validate product performance against key performance indicators.
  • Regularly review quantitative and qualitative performance indicators, including operational metrics and client feedback, escalating issues to product owners as necessary.
  • Leverage understanding of the competitive landscape to propose changes that enhance client experience.
  • Provide consultative support to product owners and stakeholders regarding existing and new deliverables to enhance client experiences.
  • Share findings and provide business insights to product owners as needed, working closely with platform analysts to interpret data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience with digital analytics and voice of the customer platforms.
  • Experience with the Adobe Experience Platform suite of products.
  • Experience creating and delivering data-backed business cases.
