About the position

This role is within the Renewables Integration Team and supports the development and on-going maintenance of the Interconnection Management System (IMS). The IMS serves as the software system for processing Interconnection requests for generators both utility-scale and small (e.g. rooftop solar) across our six regulated jurisdictions. This role will primarily focus on the utility-scale processes such as the FERC Order 2023 Annual Cluster in Florida and Carolinas. The Product Analyst will work with a cross-functional agile team including vendor resources plus internal IT and business SMEs. The Product Analyst is responsible for cultivating a thorough understanding of the Interconnection business processes and policies and working with business process owners and SMEs to document and translate business requirements into workflows, business rules, and logic configured within the IMS.
