About the position

As a Product Designer 3, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web, software, and hardware products. With a minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in designing user interfaces, you will be expected to utilize your interaction and visual design skills to create exceptional products that elevate our design standards. Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing strategies that ensure our design work drives customer value and aligns with our business goals. You will be tasked with documenting final designs in a point-of-reference/specification format, adjusting design systems, and collaborating directly with marketing to produce consumer-facing experiences. In this role, you will also be responsible for creating clean and effective graphic templates, presentations, process flows, information architecture diagrams, documentation, sketches, wireframes, and other artifacts necessary for developing and evolving user experience designs. You will need to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles, including color, typography, layout, and branding. Additionally, you must possess the ability to understand technology issues and communicate information effectively to various stakeholders. Your role will require excellent communication and project management skills, as you will be working under constant deadline constraints. You will also be expected to find areas for improvement in our processes, products, or culture, and lead or influence the necessary changes. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS is preferred, along with fluency in standard design software tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic animation skills within Figma are required, while experience with more advanced animation tools like After Effects is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related program is required, although a combination of education and experience may substitute for this requirement.
