About the position

At Persona, we're building the first universal and comprehensive identity infrastructure to help businesses of all sizes better serve and protect their end users' identities. Our identity platform enables businesses to collect and manage their end users' personal information securely, verify that their end users are who they say they are, analyze and detect fraud and abuse, and pull sensitive reports about their end users in a privacy-centric way. In a world where consumer behaviors are changing and privacy and identity are taking on a new meaning, we want to help businesses find their superpowers and do it while putting their end users, the people, first. Identity lifecycle management and operations involve vast, diverse sets of complex and business-sensitive data. Our platform intricately weaves together digital information and physical assets, creating a rich tapestry that empowers our clients to make informed, business-critical decisions. We believe that exceptional design is not just an aesthetic choice but a strategic necessity that fosters trust and inspires confidence in our customers. As a Product Designer for Data Product, you will be at the forefront of shaping how our customers interact with complex sets of data. Your role will involve driving a cohesive vision for how users verify, contextualize, enrich, and manage data across our platform. This is not just about creating beautiful interfaces; it's about crafting intuitive experiences that make data accessible and actionable.

  • Develop prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing, maintaining a user-centered approach throughout the design process.
  • Apply analytical systems thinking to tackle product complexity and contribute to the overall product strategy.
