Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary and cross-product teams to deliver beautiful end-to-end, accessible user experiences across multiple experiences.
- Solve complex problems with simple or intuitive experiences.
- Present work effectively with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams.
- Utilize Figma and Adobe design tools proficiently.
- Investigate new technologies and keep abreast of modern techniques for building and prototyping applications.
- Embrace code as part of the design process and adopt computational representations.
- Stay current on design trends, technologies, and tools, and incorporate them into the design team's work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 3+ years experience working in product or service design or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs).
- 1+ years experience shipping products, services, or games.
- 1+ years technical engineering experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript/Typescript, Python, and familiarity with React and/or Web Components.
- Visual Design skills.
