You’ll play a critical role in shaping the user experience of groundbreaking AI products, with the opportunity to quickly step into a design leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Work across the entire product design lifecycle, from concept to implementation.
• Craft beautiful, intuitive, and high-impact user interfaces.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using AI assistants and other tools.
• Ensure design aligns with our broader company strategy.
• Create and implement branding and product design guidelines across the company.
• Sweat the details—delivering exceptional UX quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers, AI researchers, and others to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Ship high-quality work in a fast-moving, often ambiguous startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally working on innovative products, rich interactive user experiences, developer tools, or AI products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, user-centric design, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms.
• A track record of executing end-to-end on large, complex products in ambiguous environments.
• A broad interest and experience across all dimensions of product design: user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, design systems, and front-end implementation—allowing you to craft intuitive, beautiful, and high-impact experiences while driving strategic product decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to define and drive a clear design vision while working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• A get-things-done attitude and a bias toward action—you move fast, take ownership, and find creative ways to deliver impact, even in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments.
• Passion for building scalable, high-impact AI products that will empower users to build the future.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with prototyping, especially using front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS), is a plus.
