Responsibilities

• Lead design sprints for product teams.
• Create micro-interactions to simplify complex analytical tasks.
• Advocate for UX consistency by developing reusable UI components.
• Conduct informal user research to inform design decisions.
• Prototype designs to communicate ideas and validate decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to implement design ideas and build products.
• Maintain awareness of software interface construction, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating at least one software interface design project.
• Experience with mockup and prototyping tools.
• Ability to conduct user research flexibly and effectively.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineers and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Typescript.
• Experience in shipping code as part of the design process.
• Passion for user research and understanding user needs.
