About the position

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering Manager to lead our engineering efforts as we build a cutting-edge Orchestrated Revenue Operations platform. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our AI Co-Pilots, Ombuddies, transforming how RevOps teams interact with technology to drive efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product engineering team in designing, building, and maintaining our ORO platform.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define engineering roadmaps, set priorities, and deliver high-quality features.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the engineering team.
  • Ensure the architecture and technical decisions support the strategic vision and product scalability.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices and processes are followed.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineers, providing clear and constructive feedback and creating growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment and cohesiveness of product strategy.
  • Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development and web technologies.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly in the context of automation and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Agile methodology proponent with a track record of managing agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
