About the position

The Enterprise Authentication Product Manager at Truist is a key stakeholder responsible for shaping the client authentication strategy and defining solutions in collaboration with product owners and delivery teams. This role involves managing KPIs, monitoring client feedback, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders to develop new capabilities. The Product Manager balances business, technology, and design priorities to deliver exceptional product experiences, working strategically and tactically to support business goals through a well-defined delivery roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze target client segments to understand their financial needs.
  • Analyze market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision.
  • Collaborate with partners to align on strategy and develop a delivery roadmap.
  • Engage key stakeholders in planning and executing projects.
  • Write epics and features to support the defined roadmap.
  • Set Planning Increment (PI) vision and prioritize features with product owners.
  • Develop feature backlog roadmap, leading deliverables such as prototypes and usability studies.
  • Obtain partner alignment and approvals from various departments.
  • Set pricing and ensure compliance with billing processes.
  • Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with Readiness to create client-facing content.
  • Ensure adherence to Product Management Lifecycle (PML) processes and manage risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of banking, financial services, or relevant work experience.
  • Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • Three or more years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience defining and driving vision of experience programs.
  • Proven ability to use data analytics and research to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager for Agile teams.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent).
