Product Manager - Digital IT&S

About the position

Manages research and development activities relating to the design and development of software or hardware products and qualification or re-qualification of new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Works with a cross-functional team to ensure fulfillment of product requirements.
• Evaluates product performance and transitions products from development to commercialization.
• Defines the nature and scope of the service, and works with other planning roles, relationship managers and capacity planners to forecast demand for each service.
• Assists in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
• Acts as a technical consultant to the product organization and participates in research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
• Ensures the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business roadmap.
• Acts as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
• Supports major releases and ensures feature enhancements respond to customer requests.
• Responsible for product delivery managing schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.
• Regularly creates a service improvement plan - in terms of people, processes and technology - to improve a service.
• Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.
• Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.

• Proven success in launching digital products that deliver clear value, are loved by customers, and maintain high post-launch utilization.
• Deep experience in product discovery, with a focus on aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Experience with AI-driven products, particularly those that enhance data access and support effective leadership across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to build products that drive measurable impact and improve organizational decision-making.
• Strong expertise in product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, product value testing approaches); proficiency with Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD).
• Understanding of learning health systems is a plus.
