We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join us, working with a team of engineers, designers, and more, to deliver compelling, valuable, and impactful experiences to our clients and consumers. This role requires individuals who can help foster an inclusive culture and encourage growth mindsets. You will need to partner effectively with teams across Cartus and Anywhere to design holistic solutions. This will require both business acumen and technical understanding to ensure we make good tradeoffs among multiple options. Expertise in creating performant, flexible experiences and building cross-team & vendor partnerships will be a key differentiator in this role. In addition to driving product delivery, you will need to demonstrate product leadership by understanding stakeholder needs, creating product strategy, communicating product value stories, and influencing to affect change. As a Product Manager, you will oversee a product, feature, and/or system independently; owning your product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators. You will help define and build new capabilities, acting as the voice of the user in feature and/or API/microservice design, gathering direct feedback and requirements. Innovating in close collaboration with product, technology, UX, business development, and account management teams to solve customer needs through a data-driven approach will be essential. You will engage with stakeholders, both directly & indirectly, in formal and informal opportunities from video calls to in-person office visits to connect directly with them. Leading product development will involve collaborating with an engineering scrum team, writing epics and stories in Jira, using Miro for elaboration and collaboration online with your team members, and documenting your product/feature designs in Confluence. You will also present in monthly roadmap planning and product operations calls, operating in a matrixed organization that relies on support from other teams to accomplish your product goals.
