About the position

The Product Manager role focuses on aligning product features and benefits with customer needs, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and supporting product launches. The position emphasizes product marketing, communications, and operations to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Work with product management to align customer needs with product features and benefits.
• Create and implement GTM strategies and tactics, including positioning and sales enablement materials for new product releases.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates the value proposition in marketing and sales assets.
• Conduct and analyze research to derive insights and actions.
• Advocate for the customer by leveraging intelligence and research to understand customer segments and markets.
• Support the development of Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Plan and execute new product program launches at various life cycle stages.
• Lead sales enablement efforts in partnership with marketing and training teams.
• Develop thought leadership on market and competitive trends.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in product marketing.
• 3+ years in digital advertising or B2B software.
• Preferred expertise in adtech, martech, and related technology ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of advertising platforms and technologies used by advertisers and brands.
• Proven ability to form relationships and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in writing and presentation.
• Analytical and data-driven with structured and strategic thinking.
• Outcome-focused with the ability to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
