The role involves building product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies, developing value propositions and key messaging for customer touchpoints from the top of the funnel through to Sales, RMs, and Business Consulting. The candidate will launch new features and capabilities in a growing portfolio with a cross-functional team, providing an agency approach of innovation and ideation to support stakeholders and marketing activities. A deep understanding of prospective and existing Advisors is essential, employing traditional and innovative customer research methods for segmentation critical to marketing success. The role also includes working directly with Ensemble Teams and Business Consulting to provide the right materials and messaging, ensuring a holistic approach to content across various channels. The candidate will build a deep understanding of the Advisor and the market value proposition, creating scalable feedback loops for marketing activities and synthesizing insights to pivot strategies as needed. Additionally, the role involves driving quarterly planning and expected business impact, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of product marketing activities and campaigns, managing budgets, and vendor relationships.
