About the position

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will develop the go-to-market strategy for our digital advertising solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, marketing and account management to assess key gaps and develop the strategic direction for our portfolio of digital advertising products sold to local businesses. You will use your product marketing experience and business-to-business marketing knowledge to develop the strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to socialize your plans, and then execute your plans with the sales team. You understand market trends, and the competitive landscape, and have experience applying those to positively influence advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • Owner of Entravision’s digital advertising product solution suite with a strong understanding of digital advertising/marketing.
  • Team with GM to develop a go-to-market strategy for Entravision’s digital advertising products.
  • Team with GM to define the value proposition of new products and create effective sales collateral including sell sheets, sales pitch decks, case studies, and packages.
  • Use strong storytelling skills to help build narratives to help sales teams solution-sell to advertisers.
  • Write sales talking points that sellers can use while pitching Entravision solutions.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to deeply understand advertiser pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or above.
  • 3+ years of product marketing or paid media experience with digital ad products.
  • 3+ years of experience at a digital agency, a media company with digital advertising offerings, or similar digital advertising experience.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and simplify marketing messaging to resonate with different business verticals.
  • Previous experience crafting product positioning and sales enablement materials in the form of sell sheets, case studies, pitch decks, and/or sales scripts.
  • Previous experience working with a field sales organization calling on local businesses a plus.
  • Previous client-facing experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of leading digital platforms (ex Meta, Google Ads, programmatic media) a plus.
  • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking.
  • A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Hispanic/Multicultural marketing experience a plus.
  • Flexibility required to travel up to 20% of the time to Entravision’s sales offices across the Southwest and Texas and/or client sites.

  • Salary: $120,000 per year
