About the position

We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for CLEAR1, our B2B identity product, with a specific focus on the Healthcare industry. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Business Development, and Marketing & Communications teams to drive revenue and enhance our market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audiences and differentiates our products in the market
  • Partner with our Healthcare team on full go-to-market planning
  • Create compelling sales and marketing content to support positioning, garner adoption, and capture revenue
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and product direction
  • Support the sales team with the appropriate materials and training to drive successful sales conversations
  • Manage product launches and ongoing marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing and 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS
  • Previous experience in Healthcare strongly preferred; B2B experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others and to drive clarity and accountability around goals, success criteria, and timelines
  • Passion for customers and cross-functional collaboration with direct experience in go-to-market focused roles
  • Strong project manager with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and priorities
