About the position

The Product Marketing Specialist, Service at PartsSource is responsible for supporting the service business by activating marketing campaigns aimed at generating growth through demand creation and funnel acceleration. This role involves collaborating with commercial leadership to develop marketing strategies, analyzing market insights, and creating content that aligns with product positioning and market segmentation.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with commercial leadership and marketing to develop the enterprise marketing strategy and go-to-market approach.
  • Ensure marketing plans and execution align with overall marketing strategy to grow leads, orders, traffic, conversion, and market share.
  • Collect and analyze win/loss and competitive insights on the enterprise segment.
  • Recommend and develop marketing programs to improve win rates and monitor tactic effectiveness in the market.
  • Conduct in-depth research to define customer problem statements, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas.
  • Work with Sales & Marketing teams to optimize tactics for win-loss performance and leverage demand generation opportunities.
  • Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success and produce market proof points.
  • Provide commercial teams with product knowledge in differentiation, positioning, and pricing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, product marketing, or related field.
  • Healthcare product/industry acumen desired.
  • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented skills.
  • Experience in market and customer insights, product commercialization, and branding.
