About the position

Abrigo is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for understanding and communicating the value of our current and future Lending & Credit Risk software solutions and advisory offerings to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and product adoption. The Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Product Management and Advisory teams to understand our solutions and translate them into value-based communications and strategic go-to-market plans to help generate demand, raise awareness, and support the sales team. Success is measured by quality of work that drives on-time launches and supports generating opportunities, new product sales, and higher win rates. Applicants may choose to work remote, or be office-based in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market plans in partnership with Product Marketing Leadership.
  • Project manage activities to support new offerings and significant enhancements.
  • Create deliverables for GTM initiatives, including persona guides, product one pagers, competitive battlecards, web content, video scripts, and more.
  • Collect win/loss information and proactively share with Marketing, Product, Sales, Advisory, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitive and market news and proactively distribute to Marketing, Product, Sales, Advisory, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide input to sales enablement activities with up-to-date messaging and product collateral.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales and Advisory teams to support the achievement of objectives.
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship building, and key decision making.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent and 1-3 years in B2B marketing preferred.
  • High level of proactivity, accountability, and curiosity.
  • Data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate more complex industry and technical issues with customers and prospects.
  • Knowledge of financial technology and lending and credit risk solutions preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead internal presentations and customer calls.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ongoing learning.
