In this role, you will manage daily project goals and product schedules, adjusting expectations and setting priorities as necessary. You will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to create and customize products that meet user needs. A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve writing and capturing user stories and user needs to effectively communicate product objectives and requirements to the development team. Active participation in daily scrum meetings, project status meetings, and sprint planning for at least one team will be expected, as will continuously prioritizing incoming business and customer requests for release planning. Developing product expertise for both internal and external stakeholders is crucial, as is understanding the target market and user base to contribute to informed product decisions. You will also recommend additional products and capabilities to enhance and expand the product line to meet strategic business objectives, and triage and work with development teams to resolve product issues as they arise.
