As a Junior Product Analyst, you'll work alongside experienced PMs, designers, and engineers to define, build, and launch new features and products. You'll get hands-on experience in every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching market trends, customer needs, and competitor insights to help shape the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features that solve real problems.
• Help maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Analyze user behaviour, performance metrics, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with UX/UI teams to test new features and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Assist in launch planning, internal training, and marketing efforts to ensure successful product rollouts.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another relative degree.
• A passion for product management, business analysis, or a related field (fintech experience is a plus!).
• A desire to be at the forefront of the future of financial technology and digital products.
• Strong analytical skills-you're comfortable working with data, metrics, and user insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills-you're a team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development lifecycles.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Figma, or A/B testing tools.
