About the position

The Product Owner role focuses on managing the product lifecycle for e-commerce solutions, ensuring a high-quality user experience while collaborating with various teams including UX and QA. The position requires a strong background in product management, particularly within scrum teams, and emphasizes the importance of customer insights and product release planning.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and set the product direction at the team level.
• Develop use cases, groom stories, and plan business cases, defining the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Plan product releases and conduct technical refinement with architects.
• Own the acquisition funnel and serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Past experience as a Product Manager in a scrum team environment, working with UX and QA teams.
• Experience with e-commerce acquisition funnels and launching customer-facing front-end experiences.
• Strong understanding of product releases, insights, and Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• CSPO, PMC, or equivalent product certifications.
• MBA with a technical background.
