About the position

An employer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to sit Hybrid in the North Charlotte, NC area. They are looking for someone with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), system integrations, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, a proven track record in managing complex software products, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful implementation of WMS features, integrations, and ERP functionalities. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for WMS and ERP solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product features.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a software development environment.
• Proven experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and complex software integrations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in the Retail Industry.
• Certification as a Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) or related certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based WMS and ERP solutions.
