About the position

The AI Analytics Product Owner will enhance the measurement and reporting of an AI performance tool, providing actionable insights into the company's emerging AI products and initiatives. This role focuses on tracking product metrics, analyzing performance trends, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making to support the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the measurement and reporting of an AI performance tool.
• Provide actionable insights into the company's emerging AI products and initiatives.
• Track product metrics to gauge user awareness, adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Analyze product performance across various time periods, regions, and countries to identify trends.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities for the company's business leaders.
• Create, automate, and deliver regular AI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and understandable format.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and insights.
• Provide training and support to team members on AI usage and interpretation.
• Develop guidelines and best practices for AI reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Experience creating business and technical requirements for enterprise-level software.
• Experience in product strategy.
• Cross-functional experience with data engineering and data governance teams.
• Ability to retrieve (run queries) and analyze existing data using SQL.
• Experience with AI products and Snowflake AI Data Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization in Tableau.
