Production Manager

About the position

At Apple Roofing and NMC Exteriors, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team. We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients, and we need someone who shares this commitment!

Responsibilities

• Evaluating job folders after the production team builds material orders to determine the crews needed for each phase and establish an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for scheduling.
• Contacting homeowners by phone and sending them an email to update them on the start date for each phase of work.
• Scheduling sub-contractors for each phase and requesting any necessary permits.
• Scheduling material deliveries and orders, as well as coordinating with suppliers.
• Taking detailed notes on each job to ensure accuracy for each phase of work.
• Coordinating company and per-job pricing with suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Uploading any necessary photos for final inspections on each phase, as needed, to Company Cam.
• Scheduling final inspections and permit requirements with the city/county.
• Working closely with members of the Production team to ensure the timely delivery of service.
• Auditing job files to resolve any close-out items for jobs.
• Recruiting new sub-contractors as needed to continue maintaining quality and driving growth in the production department.
