This position is part of the Omnium division of Land O'Lakes, which is recognized as an industry leader in producing Crop Protection Products, Adjuvants, and Crop Nutrition Products under the WinField United brand. The Production Operator is considered a front-line employee, responsible for various tasks that may include receiving and handling raw materials, executing proprietary manufacturing processes, and packaging the final products. Safety, attention to detail, quality assurance, sanitation, and efficiency are paramount in all stages of production, ensuring the success of the operation. The role requires working on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday, with a competitive wage of $20.75 per hour, plus an additional $0.50 per hour for the 2nd shift differential. Responsibilities

  • Perform manufacturing processes to add value and quality to raw materials.
  • Package final products according to specifications.
  • Receive and handle raw materials for production.

  • Communicate work order progress to supervisors and other production operators.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems as they arise during production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills.
