About The Position

The Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift at Conagra Brands is responsible for leading a team to achieve production and quality goals while managing resources effectively. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science degrees.
• Two years+ management experience.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss.
• Previous experience in a food-processing or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
• Provide employee training to ensure job responsibilities are performed effectively.
• Help manage sanitation operations to maintain a clean and food-safe environment.
• Coach and enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support plant and company safety programs, promoting adherence to safety requirements.
