About the position
The Production Team Member position is a critical role within our manufacturing environment, primarily focused on ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. This position operates on a schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday, with the end of the day varying based on production needs. Occasionally, team members may be required to work on Saturdays to meet business demands. As a member of the production team, you will be expected to engage in various tasks that involve standing, moving, and lifting, which are essential to maintaining the flow of production and meeting safety standards. In this role, you will work closely with other team members, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and communication. Good hygiene practices are paramount, as our company is a supplier in the food chain, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness is critical to the safety and health of our customers and the overall success of our operations. You will be expected to adhere to all COVID guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. The ideal candidate for this position will be reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate good transportation options to ensure punctuality and attendance. Additionally, passing a drug screen and maintaining a clean criminal history are prerequisites for employment. This position offers a competitive pay range of $14.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
