Responsibilities

• Review project forecasts and accruals with PM teams and prepare account level analysis and reporting
• Prepare monthly variance analysis
• Prepare project Purchase Orders in client tool (Project Link)
• Assist with quarterly QBR reporting
• Train as backup to Purchase Orders in JLL tool (E1/Spend)
• Train as backup for Invoice review and bundle submittals
• Assist with project financial audits and oversight support
• Assist with project financial closeout reconciliation
• Assist team with client financial compliance requirements
• Collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes
• Participate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management tools
• Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and client-ready documents, reports, graphs, charts, and presentations
• Use team Microsoft Teams and/or Shared Drive for data collection, reporting and communication
• Additional reporting and financial workflow duties as arise
