About the position

The Professional Photographer & Videographer will work on a contract basis to create high-quality visual content for social media platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the brand's visual identity through engaging photography and videography, particularly for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative ideas and ensure that all content aligns with the brand's marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality photography and videography for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative photo and video ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Edit and retouch images and videos to ensure polished and professional quality that meets our branding standards.
• Manage all aspects of the shoot, including setting up equipment, lighting, and directing subjects as needed.
• Create short-form video content that captivates audiences and encourages engagement on social media platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends and social media best practices to produce engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Deliver content on time and maintain organized files for easy retrieval and future use.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography work, particularly for social media.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements, especially for reels and TikTok videos.
• Excellent creative vision and the ability to bring concepts to life through dynamic imagery and movement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed for specific projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or product photography and videography.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound editing for video content.
• Familiarity with lighting equipment and techniques, as well as mobile filmmaking practices.
