About The Position

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service or equivalent in the private sector.
• Experience providing technical advice on contract administration and program management support matters related to subcontractors/suppliers.
• Ability to identify program conditions in terms of cost, schedule, and technical performance to make predictions of future performance.
• Experience assessing program goals, objectives, and accomplishments with technical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assess contractor performance and predict future performance.
• Make actionable recommendations related to future programmatic efforts.
• Lead the evaluation and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Ensure relevant programmatic information is shared and communicated in a timely manner among stakeholders.
• Fulfill expectations outlined in the Program Support Agreement and Delivery Order.
• Suggest alternative courses of action to mitigate emerging program risks.
• Lead the development of documented agreements between affected organizations.
• Elevate Program Support Agreements, Risk Issues and Opportunities, and Prime Control of Subcontractor Assessments to the Lead Program Integrator.
