About The Position

The Program Analyst position at the U.S. Department of State involves reviewing and assessing humanitarian programs to determine their IT and operational impacts. Requirements

  • Must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service.
  • Experience utilizing qualitative or quantitative methods to analyze, assess, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience collaborating with humanitarian organizations or contractors on humanitarian assistance policies and programs.
  • Experience developing and implementing projects involving diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Review proposed, new, and established humanitarian programs to assess IT and operational impacts.
  • Coordinate RPC projects related to contracts, refugee case processing, and business, data, IT, and operations.
  • Monitor and ensure quality of contractor deliverables and performance; advise on areas for improvement.
  • Advise PRM/A on systems and IT operations, coordinating with USRAP partners.
  • Plan and lead studies and initiatives that address complex program challenges and develop strategies to improve program execution and contractor performance.
