About The Position

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
  • Significant experience with Pivot Tables in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter with initiative to learn new skills and interact with other contractors and Government personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, track, and collect data on cases submitted to TEDAC for exploitation.
  • Perform higher-level tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of case documentation.
  • Provide basic managerial/administrative support for case documentation requests from internal and external sources.
  • Support functional areas in the preparation of case information and items for court.
  • Send communications to appropriate field offices or FBI Headquarters (HQ).
  • Document tracking or developing database/spreadsheet applications to track case files, audit reports, and other documentation management.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
