About The Position

The Program Coordinator - Recruitment at Washington State University is responsible for coordinating recruitment activities for the Murrow Center for Student Success. This role involves training the Murrow Ambassador Team, assisting academic advisors, and ensuring a welcoming environment for students. Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a confidential setting and with confidential materials.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate on and off campus recruitment activities for the Murrow Center for Student Success.

  • Assist academic advisors and learn how to advise undergraduate students.
