About the position

St. John Fisher University is an independent, liberal arts institution that provides a transformative education to approximately 3,800 undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students each year. Across its five Schools, Fisher offers nearly 40 majors in the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, business, education, and nursing; 11 pre-professional programs; and master's and doctoral programs in business, nursing, education, pharmacy, and public health. The University's residential campus boasts a robust living and learning community and a successful intercollegiate athletics program. Responsibilities

  • Work with senior leadership to coordinate implementation of Institute projects, events, and activities, including with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development and implementation of online/asynchronous and live/synchronous educational programs, ensuring alignment with the Institute's mission and goals.
  • Support Institute compliance with all accreditation documentation requirements to award continuing education contact hours for the Institute's professional education programs, including collection, organization, and storage of necessary records.
  • Coordinate program timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely completion, including facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize Asana to organize, track, and manage tasks and workflows for the Institute team.
  • Develop resources to support successful program implementation, such as agendas, online event platform resources, presenter materials, and educational information for learners.
  • Assist in maintenance of the learning management system and resources contained within.
  • Manage the procurement process for the Institute and process payments, reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of program plans, workflows, and institute processes.
  • Support the collection and analysis of program data for reporting and quality improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, project management, or a related field, ideally within a nonprofit or educational setting.
  • A.S. degree required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management software is a plus.
