The Program Director is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to supervise staff to ensure quality service are provided to clients and the programs are in compliance with all policies, procedures and contract requirements. This role involves managing program contracts, budgets, and operations while ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies. The Program Director will provide guidance and leadership to staff, review financial reports, prepare presentations, and foster collaborations with other organizations in the community. Additionally, the Program Director will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing staff performance, as well as maintaining an internal policy and procedure manual.
