Program Director

About the position

As the 'face' of Soccer Shots, our success as a nationally recognized and locally respected brand is dependent on the exemplary performance of our growth, customer service, and coaches. It is a program director's responsibility to ensure all growth, operations, and coaches of the business are functioning at our highest capability. The Program Director includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hit weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Find new locations including childcare centers, preschools, elementary schools, parks, soccer clubs, and partnerships
• Organize local events to promote brand awareness
• Find and meet local business owners
• Create and execute local marketing strategies such as fliers, social media promotions, and weekly email promotions to families
• Manage customer service by responding to all phone calls and emails within 24 hours
• Engage with parents/school staff while coaching and/or evaluating other coaches
• Learn and manage Configio for adding/managing seasons, messaging parents/schools, and running reports
• Manage, create, and maintain Google Docs for master lists of all locations and assist in managing coaches' schedules
• Confirm future seasons at current locations
• Oversee hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of coaches
• Oversee all aspects of the training process for new coaches
• Evaluate each coach a minimum of two times per season and develop a system for evaluations
• Work with the Director of Coaching to ensure a fun and healthy coaching culture
• Schedule coaches each season ensuring appropriate session distribution
• Conduct 5-15 coaching sessions per week
