The role involves building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with assigned client accounts. You will interact with clients and other departments to constantly improve operational standards and support client needs by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service performance standards; continually evaluating processes and procedures; making recommendations for process improvement and communicating to the client as appropriate; and providing training to clients as needed. You will exercise judgment and make decisions that have positive operational impacts on the business line.
