About the position

We are looking to add a Program Management Coordinator to our team of professionals. This will be a HYBRID role out of Fort Gregg-Adams, VA (formerly Fort Lee). In this role you will perform a variety of project administration support services involving data review, reporting, project coordination, budget review, and other related duties in support of the Project/Program Manager. You will provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle. You will work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverables. You will brief management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance. You will coordinate projects, develop a system for data collection, reporting criteria and records, research and compile statistics and data for projects, and may assist in writing narratives for reports. You will monitor project timelines, track document submissions, create, monitor, and maintain audit files, and identify, communicate, and resolve risks. You will identify and resolve issues to eliminate or mitigate the occurrence of consequences that may impact the success of the project. You will assure program compliance, design and implement procedures to fulfill project objectives and criteria, and may prepare memorandums while working with agencies to resolve concerns and issues. You will prepare monthly variance reports with associated footnotes, evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure that program implementation is on target, coordinate and track DoD required training throughout the program, and coordinate and track Common Access Card (CAC) and Alt Token issuance and expirations. Additionally, you will assist the client program manager in scheduling, coordination, and execution of tasks associated with global 24/7 supply chain systems and data centers.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active Secret clearance or higher OR the ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Ability to work on-site 2-3 times per week.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate tasks/activities in both application related and systems related.
  • Knowledge and experience with Common Access Card (CAC) practices.
